About ME.

I’m Julia. Originally from Russia, my first language is Vietnamese. I left my home country to study and work overseas when I turned 18. I used to live in Singapore for more than a decade and now settle in Sydney, Australia (though I have a feeling this might not be my last stop!). The fact of moving between the countries definitely brought me stunning experiences that I can never forget. It influenced my worldview to a great extent and shaped the way I am today.

From 2022 to 2024, for about 1 year and 9 months, I sweated blood on my MBA course with First Class Honours (rest assured there was no actual “blood” involved!). Yes, there were nights I couldn’t sleep well just thinking of the assessment deadlines and being obsessed with my perfectionism of task completion. But… that’s also when I found myself truly immersed in learning, reflecting on past experiences and having “aha” moments like a child. Above all, I discovered my new strength in absorbing vast amounts of knowledge effortlessly and easily turning them into my own just by breaking big ideas into smaller concepts, supporting my deep understanding with further research and findings, linking theories to practical cases and finally applying all I learnt to problem-solving. 

Throughout the journey, I also saw many of my classmates struggling with their studies. As much as I strived to support them, I realised my help was still limited. This motivated me to take the courage out of a thousand fears and build a website I’ve always dreamed of. My goal is to create a free learning resource for aspiring professionals, MBA students, and anyone looking to enhance their understanding of personal and business matters.
